    Can't buy a 360 Game


    Hey guys, I have kinda trouble buying a 360 game on my Xbox one. I was about to buy Red Dead Redemption. When I clicked on buy, a message told me that I can't do this kind of transactions on my Console and I'm supposed to do it on the Xbox.com Website.
    But when i clicked buy on the website, I got a message that this kind of transaction isn't possible with my Account on that page, and that I'm supposed to do it on my Console. Now I can't buy the game, what am I supposed to do?

    In order to use the funds on your account to purchase 360 content, you have to make the purchase on 360 console.

    I tried to buy skate 3 for the xbox one. My xbox says I can't pay for the game using my Microsoft account balance. I don't have a credit card so how do I fix this?

    If you're on a child account, you'll have to make the purchase from a 360 console. Otherwise, make sure you have a credit card or Paypal on file.

    If you are trying to use your account balance you would have also have to use a 360 console. Otherwise as Smwutches said you'd need a credit card or paypal on file.

    You can't buy 360 games from the xbox one as they are separate marketplaces

    Only way to download 360 games is an 360 console.or the 360 Web marketplace

    If people want Xbox 360 exclusives so badly, buy a Kinect with games.

    All Kinect games (as in the games that can't use the controller) are exclusive to the Xbox 360.
