    from your Xbox." but I am already trying on my Xbox One. I can't play my xbox 360 Live Gold games and I can't buy xbox 360 games on my xbox one. I am getting this error for a long time and I need help because I really want to play Red Dead Redemption 1 on
    my xb1.

    I already looked at this. My account was a child account but I removed myself from family then I bringed back myself as adult so my account looks adult but I did some research and I think my ms account and live account have different birth. Can't I just
    change my Live account's birth?

    Hi there!

    Please make sure that the account that you are trying to make the purchase on is flagged as an adult account, if it is marked as a child account it could be causing this issue.

    Xbox account age can not be changed as it is permanently connected to the first date of birth entered when creating your microsoft account. This can't be changed even by xbox support. Your account will be promoted to an adult account when that original birth
    date reaches 18 (19 in Korea). You can change your microsoft account age but that doesn't change your xbox account age.

    You will need an adult to purchase things on the xbox 360 marketplace.

    If you are receiving the message "Your account is unable to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox" then this error means that 1) the Microsoft account that you're trying to use to make the purchase doesn't
    have the ability to make the purchase 2) Child and teen accounts are prevented from making purchases in the Xbox 360 Marketplace. Changing your Microsoft account age or your purchase settings won't resolve this issue. Make sure that if you are an Adult account,
    your account settings allow for Xbox 360 Marketplace purchases. If you are under the age of 18, you will not be able to buy 360 games from the Xbox One. To resolve this issue, purchase or download the content on your Xbox 360 console.

    Purchasing is limited is BS. You can't buy the game on xb1 without a credit card on file or without a 360.
