can't block and unblock ppl

Discus and support can't block and unblock ppl in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hi ,.. i have a problem with the new update ,.. when i block a person it only unfriend him ,.. he can still hear me ,.. it only unfriend and mutes him...     Hi ,.. i have a problem with the new update ,.. when i block a person it only unfriend him ,.. he can still hear me ,.. it only unfriend and mutes him ,.. and i can't unblock the ppl that i already blocked before thhis update ,.. so the whole block system
    is not working ,.. and this is happening to all of my friends so it's not only me .

    my microsoft account is saying it is block and when i send the form to unblock it they wont reply cant you unblock it for me??

    Any way to stop a follower from following?

    BLOCK THEM/THEN UNBLOCK THEM REMOVES THEM

    You can change your Settings so that only your friends can message you, this way you will only hear from your friends. This is a known issue and has actually happened before, it will need a bug report. I recommend contacting Xbox Support via Contact Us | Xbox Support.

    It's not true that I can't also remove follower, just block and then unblock the profile to be removed. I'm sure because I've already done it.

    You can't do anything with your gamertag if your email address was blocked for spam. When you sign in, it should mention something about the account being blocked and how to unblock it. At the most, you need to go to
    http://answers.microsoft.com and go to the windows live section. They are the only ones that can unblock your live id.
