    I'm 22 years old, and i have been buying Microsoft products religiously since the original xbox and the Zune were new. I got a brand new xbox one assassins creed bundle and couldn't have been more excited, I mean opening the box felt like christmas as a
    5 year old again. After about a few weeks I began experiencing weird connection errors in which I'd be in a party but then my friend i would "disconnect" but weren't receiving any messages saying so and we didn't even have the x symbol by our names but when
    we rejoined, it seemed to work. The next issue began when I turned on my xbox, it appeared to be offline but when I tested my connection it worked just fine, then upon retuning to the home screen/dashboard it still said I was offline. Last night around 8pm
    I was playing gta v, talking to my friends in a party, when all of a sudden I got lagged out of the party, trying to rejoin was the weirdest thing ever, I would join, but have the little x next to my name. After this outage I immediately contacted the text
    support over live chat (probably the worst decision all night) where they totally ignored me, I told them my xbox console wasn't working properly, after that I was sent through steps like restarting my console and router, then I was told to delete and recover
    my profile and seeing as how logging in was borderline impossible, it wouldn't load past my password entry, in the matter of an hour I went from happy go lucky playing games to having $200 worth of digital games to be unplayable. After being beyond frustrated
    I had to talk to something that didn't feel like a robot ( she couldn't comprehend 4g wireless data) so I called customer support where I was told my only options are to wait several months to send mine in or to pay a temporary $400 tI ship a new one and I'll
    be redeemed my money when they receive my xbox. Basically once again I was stuck having to pay more money or waste more time after already spending over $400 on my system and $200 on games, after telling him how unacceptable these terms were I told him that
    I still have the receipt to gamestop and that I'll be returning my system for a new system and that the new system wouldn't be a Microsoft product. After this I got the most unsatisfying response I could have heard at that point, he told me he wouldn't blame
    me. How in the world can I possibly feel good about any of this when the company that I have stood by no matter what basically told me I might as well buy a PS4, I can not believe that this company has done this to me and I pray for the rest of you to never
    go through that which I wrote about above, we put more than our money into a game system some of us put a lot into their gaming because some take it seriously, and to talk to people that obviously don't take it serious is a complete slap in the face, I can't
    even begin to think of a way for Microsoft to right this insane and immoral wrong because I was not only sold a broken system, but was taken advantage as well as trying to to take more money from me, this isn't the part where I go buy a PS4 because my xbox
    broke in a month, this is the time where you do everything possible to keep a loyal customer happy so you can keep business going up, not sitting here finding a way to deal with an insanely agitated customer

    I have and thank you for the reply. I see in the email after sending it's their goal to get back to me in 24 hrs. The first email took 53 hours to get a response. I find it hard to believe a billion or more dollar company would treat their customers this
