And that is the problem with the Ambassador program. They've gone for quantity of Ambassadors over quality of Ambassadors. The role of an Xbox Ambassador is of an
adviser, or helper to other players on Xbox Live. If an Ambassador doesn't have the basic knowledge of even the simplest functions of Xbox Live, then they are not able help others. Why even become an Ambassador if you can't do it.

Microsoft need to return to the stricter criteria needed to become an Ambassador. The way it is now is a diluted version of what it used to be.

@OP Go into their gamertag on your console, and select block communication. It really is as simple as that.
