    I purchased a prepaid code which I added to my account to preorder FIFA 17, but now that I can't play the game any more I'll be selling my Xbox. Now the staff on live chat were friendly and cancelled the preorder and refunded me very quickly, but they're
    telling me that I can't have the money refunded to my bank account.

    Here comes the real kicker - I'm selling my Xbox and moving to Playstation so I can't just leave all that money on this account because it would literally be a waste of money. When I spoke to the staff, they said that they can't send the money back to my
    bank because I purchased a virtual currency... YEAH, WITH REAL MONEY! I asked them to file a complaint about this and they just gave me a link which took me to their feedback page, which I'm fairly certain has nothing to do with complaints. When I enquired
    further, they told me that they don't have a complaints department which is handy because then no one can actually go to the financial ombudsman seeing as they don't actually have a complaints procedure.

    I'm not asking for something unreasonable here: you have my money, I want it back. SIMPLE!

    Bought Battlefield1 prepaid back in september now the prepaid is canceled?

    My banking is current with my xbox. That's how I bought the prepaid game full price and you say it's canceled but you never refunded my money. I want the game that I paid for. Yet I can't play it and you're holding my money.

    Please tell me what's going on.

    Why is Xbox Live so Hostile to its Customers?

    i used a prepaid code while being in "violation" without ever using auto-renewal, i only used codes in the past. now i got an error while using the billing information screen for my new account. my question is, is my prepaid code lost now? i cant play online
    because of violations and i cant use the code again because it has already been used. but i never let my xbox auto renew so i cant be in violation can i?

    law, codes can't be redeemed or exchanged for cash and aren't reloadable. If you live in an EU country where local law provides a "cooling-off period," you may return non-redeemed gift cards for a full refund within 14-days of purchasing the
    gift card or code. However, once redeemed, you acknowledge that no refund will be made.

    If it was a prepaid subscription code then no you can't get a refund

    Refunds goto the payment method used if it was a prepaid code you would only get the prepaid code balance in codes

    I refunded two year passes at the same time and both got approved, but i only got the money for only one year pass. I have proof of receipt.

    You can't refund prepaid cards.

    Unless you.mean battlepasses

    Core can't be refunded

    Only month to month or 3month passes can be refunded

    Yearly can only be purchased by prepaid codes and you can't refund those

    Now if you refunded a grandfathered yearly plan you can never get that plan again

    Prepaid codes are one time use not to mention a refund goes back to the original payment method meaning the code you used wouldn't refund cause they are one time use

    Why do we have to pay to play free games?

    Mainly because you play in a "safe" network...you don't have to be afraid of nothing, my account was stolen and they also use all the money on my prepaid card...MS have resolve it in 1 day and all my money was refund...on pc who will refund you? No one.
