Cant back up game

I can not tell you how disappointed I am over the fact you cant back up windows 10 store games. I didn't know this at first and only after having problems with Gears of War 4 and Halo Wars 2 have I come to realize this.. As of now I can not play gears
of war 4 and have just reinstalled it and still nothing. It will not even launch or give a error. My pc is in great shape and is basically new. I just did a clean install of my OS a month ago. I have 5 games from windows 10 store app and on cable internet
which takes me 120g to download and takes 2 days for me to do so and thats letting my pc stay on while I go to work.. This game has been the absolute worst. I dont get it.. I have downloaded this game 5-6 times now and now with net neutrality gone my isp
will prob limit my data eventually.. This is just ridiculous. In place upgrade of OS still makes windows game not able to launch and or you get maybe a screen and it quits. We should be able to back up the games and get the installers with them..

The Xbox One System software now allows you to do system resets without removing your installed games. You should only need to do a full system reset as a last resort for troubleshooting system issues.

As for backing up your games, you can do that with an external hard drive.

I can join a Titanfall game for a few minutes then I get disconnected. Same for online Forza5 races.

My conn is fine and xboxlive gold is ok for me.

I'm in the UK and I've got the same issue as you descibre. I can log to my account "gold" bit I can't join a titanfall game. What's going on?!?

So its been 2 days now and still not working. Is this just an issue for me or is anyone else having it too? I can stream videos on Amazon Prime and Youtube. I can watch trailers and see the Comic Con stuff. But I can't play Titanfall, load up Xbox fitness,
or do anything else associated with Xbox Live Gold. When I try to load up Titanfall or Xbox fitness the screen just goes completely blank and stays that way. The only thing that gives any hint of what's up is when I tried all day yesterday to load up the Destiny
Beta and it would say I was not connected to the internet. Please does anyone have any idea of what's happening? Is this a Microsoft problem or is this isolated to just me?
