    Cant apply for a case review


    Hi, is there a reason why I cant click 'Apply for Review' its in orange letters and does nothing when I try to click it, Its not my browser if you where wondering. Ive applied for a case review before and filed out the questionnaire and everything, but for
    some reason I can file for a case review now. Can someone please help me with this issue! And please! Please dont send me links to the enforcement history/how to apply for a case review!!!

    so uh, completely wasnt even on my profile it was signed in while i was using my other profile via family accounts and someone reported it when it wasnt playing any game or in a party, wasnt even using the profile for anything at the moment it got reported,
    kinda fussed that id get suspended for not doing anything wrong and i cant appeal a 2day suspension for it which kinda really ticks me off, looking for support/help/ or trying to get to a helpline number. This would be my last shot with xbox if i dont get
    any assitance.

    because a how do you know It was during the time you were on another profile?

    You do realize you are never notified when someone reports you right?

    So for all you know it could've been from weeks ago

    And yes all reports are investigated not by one person but multiple teams so yes there are rarely any instant bans

    Since you are never notified by thee system other then you having an suspension you don't know who reported you or when because that's a privacy issue

    Retaliation isn't allowed also why you aren't notified

    24hour suspensions are not appealable as it would take a new team more then 24hours to reinvestigation

    Hi there.

    It is probably just a bug in the system and should be fixed at some point. Unfortunately there isn't a lot more we here can do to help.

    I can only apologise and suggest to sit tight and try again later on.

    Haha why are you even responding here if you have nothing helpful or important to say??? I mean if you actually cared and as an ambassador you'd help fight for gamers and help put much needed restrictions on the enforcement team. But... I dont see any sort
    of movement working towards the fixing of this so called enforcement team now do I?!

  6. I'm posting to inform you that no one here can really help you. If the site is down or experiencing issues / under maintenance all you can do is wait for it be back up and running again.

    I know. Its a two week suspension still cant do it though this system is a freaking joke!

    And what kind of ambassador blatantly tells off someone?! You should get disbarred for saying no one will and can help me! I mean how do you think that makes me feel? Obviously you have no idea how I feel and you're probably a total sociopath without any
    regard for others with a complete lack of empathy!

    DJ. we feel your pain and completely understand your frustration. The people here have a lot of concern and empathy or they would not be here trying to help. Keep in mind the majority of the people here trying to assist users are other users just like
    yourself. Unfortunately, there is really no once else that can help with enforcement concerns but the enforcement team (especially in these forums). No matter how good or how poorly it is functioning that is the reality. Sorry again for your problem and

    Please see the link regarding Communication Suspensions.

    There is no appeals process for Communication Suspensions and they cannot be undone.

    You just have to wait out the Suspension, depending on the offense and severity.

    Hey DJ, I see in your original post that you said you filed for a review before. Was this for the same action? If so, then you can only file once. Please keep an eye on the status for a reply from the PET.

    Since this thread is a few months older, please be sure to post a new thread if you're still in need of assistance. So you're aware, 24 hour suspensions and full Xbox device bans are currently not eligible for case reviews by the Xbox Live Enforcement team.
