Can't appeal suspended account

Ya I bought a gta account years ago with the same Gmail as my xbox account and the next day I got to login and I'm suspended for 3999 years but I realize that I shouldn't have bought a account and I'd like to try and recover my account but when I got appeal it it says I don't have any suspensions but still get the notice of xbox enforcement and can't get on it

Yes I went and logged in but it doesn't show the suspension/ban

in that case it just means that your account is banned, it's directly by the game's support, so you'll need to contact RockStar Games support

I think you are getting confused.

You can't file for a case review on console bans.They are permanent & can't be appealed.

Sounds like your account was suspended/banned as well & that was overturned

I'm sorry but if the appeal was denied it means that our account will be suspended within the given time.
