    Hi.

    Last week I was banned to my surprise. My plead for a case review was accepted and everything was going well tbh. We communicated via the case review window with a member of the enforcement team. If I remember correctly, he was nicknamed Wolff or something
    like that.

    I have nothing to complain about the case review in itself. I just can't answer anymore.

    Normally I got an email, from where I went to the enforcement team website. From there I pressed the enforcement history site to open, and from there I could press the open case review. Like now, the case review "button" was green, with "need info !" written
    in white. When I pressed it, the case review window opened.

    Now it doesn't open, which seems very weird. I just get sent to enforcement "home site" Also the ban start date was changed from the actual date to "invalid date". I'm very frustrated, because I got the feeling everything was going so well. I had everything
    they asked for - which was kinda lucky in itself. I think I could sort this out, if I just could answer!

    What I have done trying to get the window open:

    Tried with chrome and edge

    with my girlfriends laptop and mozilla

    with my phone

    with adblock on and off

    contacted the xbox support

    and I think this link should open the case review, but it doesn't. Sends me to the home site.

    PS. Also in their emails they send, the pictures (some kind of a banner I think) are broken.

    I cant reply to the open case with my account.

    My gamer tag is "inferno andi".

    The status of the case is "need Info". I can't access the communication regarding the case - I was able to see it in the past.

    I already used three different browser(firefox, IE, chrome), even browser(chrome, firefox) on my mobile phone shows the same. I have cleared cache, cookies und browsing historie. Contacted support - they can not help/are not willing to help. I am stuck with
    a banned account without any possibity of explaining the situation and posting the my the relevant information.

    Someone from the enforcement-team should reply here that this has to be checked.

    Maybe this is a technical issue or my account has to less access rights to proceed with the reply to the case.



    I ask the ENFORCEMENT-Team here for help - please care for it and fix this. This forum is the only way to reach someone responsible at microsoft!!! The situation that someone has to post on the forum and ask for help is ridiculous. I even had to make
    a new account(this here that I am using) to post here.

    @Enforcement team: please check gamer tag account "inferno andi". There is an open case and I want to communicate with you because you asked for "need Info" in the case but the system now blocks the communication. When the case was
    created I was able to see the reason for the ban and I replied and asked for a way to upload the invoice and email communication.

    Please help and check why I cant see the case communication history and why I cant reply to the case anymore.

    Hi there!

    The Enforcement team does not use the forums, but they are aware of the issue with the Need Info button and are working on a fix.

    To be sure let's have you check out your
    Enforcement History
    and see if you can find that info there.

    If you are not able to, hang in there and the proper teams will get this situation fixed as soon as possible!

    I forgot to add that last time I was contacted (I got an email) was tuesday 11:08 PM (GMT +2). Before that I could open the case review/the appeal. Also before that the start date was the actual date and not invalid.

    PS. Btw I'm here to seek help. Do you guys have any ideas? Am I being stupid and missing something simple? Thank you for your time!

    I'm very sorry that you're here as well, but thank god i'm not alone. I know the pain of making a new account and writing here as a last resort. Hopefully this problem will get noticed and no one else has to deal with this. Yeah, and hopefully someone can

    Unfortunately it is an issue that has been affecting others, but there is nothing we can do on the forums to help other than suggest clearing your browser's cookies/cache or trying another browser. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

  10. So how can one report this issue to someone that is then taking care of it at microsoft? There is an technical error and you can't get in touch with a responsible person? I am in the same situation as TonySiren72111 described. I asked the offical xbox-Support
    and I was told by the XBOX-Support to use this forum.

    Check the bottom of the page to see if there is an option to report a bug. I'm not sure if that feature is on those pages though. Otherwise since it is something several people have reported the past couple of days, support is hopefully passing on the information
    to have it fixed.

  12. That is exactly what im hoping for. I understand why they want to keep support and enforcement team separated, but because of the technical nature of the problem, I think they can contact eachother. Realisticly, it's not like support
    team member gets fired, if he contacts an enforcement team member. They could even work in the same building. It's just easier to tell people that they cant contact eachother. With good luck, even enforcement team alone can notice that something's wrong,
    if this is big enough of a problem. I just want to do my bit and inform as well as I can.

    GOOD NEWS EVERYONE!

    Atleast for me, the invalid ban date was changed, and now I could again communicate with the enforcement team. I want to thank everyone, who has somehow helped the situation. Thanks love peace etc.

    Check the bottom of the page to see if there is an option to report a bug. I'm not sure if that feature is on those pages though. Otherwise since it is something several people have reported the past couple of days, support is hopefully passing on the information
