can't add

Discus and support can't add in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Can't add our parent account back. It keeps saying that it's already there. I tried restarting it an all suggestions.     Can't add paypal

    Try calling support and talking to billing. Since you have a balance owed they may be able to help sort out the issue.

    Can't Add Points ?

    Call your Bank cards and see what the transaction details are; This will give you something to call support about and have them start a trouble ticket.

    This happened to me - about a week later I was able to do the transaction.

    Point cards are usually your best choice b/c you can find them for cheaper then retail.

    Sometimes someone moves the cheese and breaks the maze!

    Hi VitóriaMarques, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    For you to manage it you can simply sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings.

    If the system detects that your account is a child account you will be redirected to a support site and if not you will be able to change it successfully.

    If you were redirected to a support page, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family and check if there is an organizer account linked to your account then use the organizer account so sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings then "allow" the setting on this screenshot:

    And what ratio do you have between "Friends" and "Followers"? If you add to much people and this ratio too big you cannot add more and will freeze your friends list.
