Can't add Xbox account after restarting.

Xbox is having some server issues right now, which is most likely the root of your problem!

Your account most likely is not the current issue.

Keep an out on Xbox Server Status for updates, or subscribe to the server notifications system to be notified when servers will go up! https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status

After that you need to do this process

Please perform a power cycle reset, follow these steps:

Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

Restart your Xbox console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your Xbox controller to open the Power Center. Select Restart console and then select Restart. (If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

Then add the account again

Since you say you have tried other solutions to no avail. Attempt performing a factory reset.

You can choose to keep your games and apps of you want to

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All Settings.
Select System.
Select Console info & updates.
Select Reset console.

If it did take your code successfully, try a hard reset on the Xbox one.

Hard reset the Xbox by holding down the power button on the front of the Xbox for 15 seconds. After the 15 seconds let go of the power button then restart the Xbox.

After it restarts, try your games again or try and start a party and see if that works.

If that does not work, go to Settings > Account > Subscriptions and see if it shows you the subscription there on the account or the status of your subscription.

If all that's good but you're still getting prompted to buy Xbox Live Gold, remove your account from the Xbox, hard reset the Xbox again. Then add your account back after the restart.

I can't even add my account on my xbox. It doesn't even get to a sign in a type page. After I click add new the the circle spins and goes right back to previous page
