Can't add profile back onto my console

Thanks for your responses. To troubleshoot this further, try removing your profile from the console, performing a

Ty itz ... how cansomeone add themselves to our account when the main account holder is my husband and only he can add them on our console and they have to have their profile downloaded first onto our console before redownloading their profile onto their
own console ..... just a question that we cant get our head around ...ty for advice though ...

Our recommendation here, please attempt to follow our how to add or remove an Xbox profile on Xbox 360
support article, as this concerns your Xbox Live profile, it would be best to remove the profile and then add it back onto the console.

if you want to add your nephews account to your family membership all you will need to do is download their profiles to your xbox and add them to the family gold. They can then download the accounts back onto their own xbox consoles.

Ok, I understand that, but is there a way that I can get my profile back onto my console?
