    Can't add Paypal as a billing option.


    When I try to add Paypal on my console I get a 8C320008 error code.

    When I try to add it on the Xbox website, I only have the option to add a credit card or change my billing information.

    I can log into my Paypal account fine and it's working perfectly.

    Can't add Paypal as a payment option.

    Got a problem. Decided to add Paypal to my account before as a payment method. Went into manage payment methods and add Paypal was there. Clicked on it, went through the motions, it took me to Paypal etc. Whilst I was doing it though there were various messages
    on the screen that said "This service is currently unavailable" and then eventually it took me to a blank white page with that same message in the top left corner.

    So now, for whatever reason, Paypal hasn't been added to my account as a payment method and isn't there. And now, when I go into account management to try and add Paypal again, it isn't even there. The option has completely vanished.

    What's going on? I'm in the UK btw.

    Can't add Paypal as a payment option.

    Is UK both your account region and physical location? Does all the Paypal information match your account information on Xbox LIVE? Does the Paypal account have a positive money balance or attached credit card? Are you on a child account or a secondary account
    on a Family Plan?

    Your region probably doesn't support PayPal. Go to the add payment option section in your account, and if the option to adding PayPal is not there, then it's most likely your region doesn't support it.

    You can use a debit card, using PayPal.

    To Add this payment option, please follow these steps:

    1. Sign in using your Xbox LIVE gamertag.

    2. Go to Settings, and then select Account.

    3. Select Manage Payment Options.

    4. Select Add PayPal to use your PayPal account on Xbox LIVE. Follow the instructions (enter your PayPal username and password) to add PayPal as a payment option. PayPal is not available in all regions and is not a valid payment option for the 2 Year Xbox

    Troubleshoot the PayPal payment option

    If you receive an Error: 8382025C the PayPal account you are trying to add is not supported. Xbox LIVE only supports PayPal accounts that have a credit card or confirmed bank account as a funding
    source. Update your PayPal account with one of these funding sources, or try using a different PayPal account.
