cant add payment method

Discus and support cant add payment method in XBoX on Windows to solve the problem; I'm trying to add a payment method but i don't know why but non of my cards are working, one is a visa and the other one is a master card, I'm just...     I'm trying to add a payment method but i don't know why but non of my cards are working, one is a visa and the other one is a master card, I'm just trying to use my pc game pass code and i cant use it since both of my card keeps getting rejected for wrong information even though i put the correct information.

    can some one pls help.

    P.S.

    no i cant use PayPal its not available in my country

    this is my second time posting about this can someone in Microsoft just like inject the subscription to my account

    i have the code with me.

    I'm sorry you are experiencing this upon adding your payment card.

    Based on the error message, your payment card information and your Microsoft account billing information are not matched. It needs to be matched in order to successfully add your payment card.

    "A few of the things you can check while entering the details:

    > Enter your name precisely as it appears on the card. Only include your middle initial if it appears on your card.
    > If this is a company card, enter the company name as both a first name and last name. For example, if the company name is "Contoso Shoes" split the company name into the first and last name fields.
    > If the company only has one name, for example, "Contoso," enter the company name in both the first and last name fields.
    > If you are asked to enter the address and it exceeds the Address 1 field, use the Address 2 field. Do not shorten or abbreviate your address.
    > The card number and type cannot be edited, so if you make a mistake, you'll need to add a new one with the correct information. Other credit card information can be edited, such as billing address and expiration date. "

    Kindly sign in to account.microsoft.com > go to Payment and Billing > Address book to update your Billing information.

    Also, check if your Xbox Live region matches with your billing address by signing your account on account.xbox.com > click on your gamer picture > click the 3 dots symbol > Xbox settings > then Xbox 360 region.

    Important: Do NOT change the region yet as this will cause your account to undergo an account migration. You won't be able to change your region for 90 days.

    Hi there,

    just to be sure you tried to add the new payment method via

    https://account.microsoft.com/ at the payment options section, it might also show what the problem could be.
    Also be sure to check if the old payment option on which the fraud occured is still present on the account, this might also be the cause of the issue.

    If you for some reason can't find a cause or you can find it but you can't solve it then it might be best to reach out to support. As far as I know they should be able to look into the issue and hopefully provide a quick solution.
