    Can't add payment method


    I get an error message saying "Check the info you entered. It doesn't match the info for this card." It gives me that message for all of my cards and also for paypal. I know the info I entered is correct and that all the accounts are in good standing. I
    tried adding the payment methods on xbox one, on my phone and on my pc. I also have a paypal account that is saved to my microsoft account and when i try to use it it tells me something went wrong or they are having trouble processing my payment. Again I have
    plenty of money in that account. I have tried using different browsers on my pc and still nothing. I am about fed up with Microsoft! Please someone help me out!

    Please tell me, the payment method that you’re trying to use is physically issued and billed in the US?
    If yes, is your Microsoft account region the same?

    However, the error message stated that the issue is with your personal information, you will be needing to have it validated to them and also ask them if they allow transactions with Microsoft.

    Not physically located in the US, but the profile and the cards are from the US. My friends have tried it yesterday and it worked.
