    Can’t add or remove friends

    hello. This morning I went to play Fortnite with my friend Chris and came to realize he wasn’t online or offline. I checked my friends list to see and he wasn’t on there. I searched his gamer tag and when I tried to add his it said try again later. I would
    appreciate if I could get some help so I could play with my friends again. Thank you

    Can’t remove a payment option?

    Important You can’t remove a credit card that is associated with an active Xbox LIVE membership. If you try to remove the credit card associated with an active Xbox LIVE membership, you will be prompted to add a new payment option for your membership.

    If you don’t want to add another payment method, contact Xbox Support for help removing your payment method. Please have your gamertag and payment information available.

    How do i fix an xbox group chat?

    It’s already set to everyone for every single privacy setting also it doesn’t let anyone talk anymore at all and I can’t remove anyone or change the name

    Have you tried connecting the console trough a different WiFi, this can be done using a mobile hotspot.

    You can also try connecting the console trough the Ethernet cable.

    I hate to have to point this out to the Xbox Team

    Why can’t someone at Xbox... anyone at Xbox, simply look at trending a few times a day and remove the obvious filth that has infested it? Seriously, I would do this for free.

    Has anyone else had this issue with their account status?

    I’m having the same issue. Told me to connect to Xbox live but it won’t connect. I am connected to the internet because the other apps work. Can’t contact Xbox because their virtual assistant is a nightmare and freezes up.

    So I tried to remove my account and re add it, but now it won’t even let me add an account back to the Xbox. Now I can’t use any apps. Basically stuck.
