cant add or delete friends HELP !!

Discus and support cant add or delete friends HELP !! in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i am trying to add one of my friends on xbox but it wont let me add him nor can he add me i have also discovered i cannot remove friends as well......     cant add or delete friends HELP !!


    i am trying to add one of my friends on xbox but it wont let me add him nor can he add me i have also discovered i cannot remove friends as well... have i clicked a button or something... please anyone have a solution

    I recently started having this problem where I am not able to add or delete friends even cancel friend request I send from my list and when I do try any of these actions it loads for a minute or so and then it says..."Can't complete this process. For Moreno
    info visit www.xbox.com/support. And here I am Lol but in all seriousness I've tried restarting my Xbox 360 even went on YouTube, And lastly I downloaded the Xbox app to add friends and it said that It couldn't be done at
    this time and again no luck and another thing I did just in case was I have an extra one (new360) so I thought it had to be my Xbox so I switched and it ...signed in and it still didn't work so if anyone can help me figure this out that would be Awesome!

    "shown proof"... lol Yeah, it's really hard to change a setting. I'm kinda thinking you're blocked... or did you block them? Hmmm... :p Now, if you can't add ANYONE... then maybe there's a problem. If it's ONLY them... well... you might maybe get
    the idea.

    re-adding your profile to your console     to see if that helps at all?
