Can't add new methods of payment

I've been having issues getting my Xbox 360 to register that I'm logged on to Xbox Live. I have an account and the Xbox does say I am signed in, but anytime I try to access the store, it tells me I'm not signed in to Live. So I thought the problem might
be that I have no method of payment currently. So, I jump to this website to add a method of payment. Everytime I enter in the required information for a credit card, an red message appears stating "Please enter your first name" after I have already entered
in the Cardholder name. I have tried multiple days on different days and with different cards. Am I missing something?

I am not able to purchase anything using my XBox Live Account

I get this error message "Can't authorize the selected payment option. Please select a different payment method or add a new one."

I can't add a new payment method

I tried to add a new payment method but it says that I can't, I don't know why but appears an error: "8C320008"

I did finally get the method of payments to update. Just had to buy something in the store to get it to work. But my Xbox 360 still doesn't register with Xbox Live correctly.

With regards to your issue, have you somehow tried using a different device to add your payment? I suggest to try using a different device or browser then add it to your Microsoft account via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments page. If you still cannot add your card, try adding your billing address first or edit it via https://account.microsoft.com/billing/addresses

Then make sure the address is correct and same one as the payment you are trying to use.

Please tell me, the payment method that you’re trying to use is physically issued and billed in the US?
If yes, is your Microsoft account region the same?

However, the error message stated that the issue is with your personal information, you will be needing to have it validated to them and also ask them if they allow transactions with Microsoft.

Not physically located in the US, but the profile and the cards are from the US. My friends have tried it yesterday and it worked.
