Can't add new account

Been nearly 2 weeks same problem no solution

I'm so, so sorry this is happening to you and your son. Ambassadors don't work for Microsoft, so we don't have any diagnostic tools at hand, but we are here to see what we can do.

I have a spare Xbox and I've just done a factory reset to test if the core services are at fault, but it works as it should. It does look like though the console cannot communicate with the sign-in service. This could be the console, your internet or indeed
Microsoft's servers on your geo location.

When searching for this issue, it seems that 9/10 it gets resolved by itself after some time, so perhaps the provisioning servers are running slow?

Do any other ambassadors have experience with this?

Yo tenia 2 cuentas vinculadas y hacia unos meses que no encendia la consola y hoy solo dejaba entrar con 1 cuenta y he decidido resetear la consola y ahora me ocurre lo mismo. No deja agregar cuenta, se queda pensando y vuelve a la pantalla de agregar
cuenta en mi xbox one s. Sin agregar cuenta no puedo jugar ni hacer nada y en la web de xbox pone que los servidores estan bien. Por favor una solucion. No tiene sentido tener una videoconsola y no poder usarla por no poder iniciar sesion.

Thanks for your reply. In my case, it's a brand new Xbox so we are setting it up for the first time for our son. Everything else seems to be working normally, including the network connection, updates, searching for games...etc. BUT it just won't do the
'Add New User' function. I did a full reset more than once. During the setup, when it gets to the page that says about connecting to the Microsoft account, nothing happens and it seems to skip that step and goes to the rest of the setup. Once it's set up,
the 'Add New User' button does nothing. It seems to try to load for a few seconds, but nothing is displayed and then it goes back to the same page.

Very frustrating, especially for our son who has been waiting ages for his present.

Please help.
