Can't add new account to xbox one.

I was using my Xbox One all fine, and dandy earlier until trying to log on later in the day. It kept saying I couldn't get on live, but usually I reset my internet and it works. I googled the issue, and a suggestion said remove the account, then hold the
xbox turn off for 10 seconds, so I did. I tried to add my account back, but everytime I click add new, it says that I need to be on xbox live, WHICH I AM. I test my connection and it's fine. This is my second Xbox One, and things already aren't looking good
for this one. How do I fix this?

I'm running wireless, btw. There's no way I can connect an ethernet when the internet box is half way across the house.

Xbox Live Down On Xmas... What a Surprise!!!

Same Problem Here.... I can't add my Xbox Live Account to my new Xbox One. It says the internet connect is "good to go" but I can't add a account or update the system. It continues to fail.

 

My subscription is temporarly suspended.

I lost my bank card and forgot to add my new one to my xbox-account. When I realized this I added my new card to the account but I can't cancel the old one because it has an inactive subscription which I cannot remove.

I can't add a subscription to the new card either because I still have the other one?!

What can I do? Seems like I can't reach my account on xbox.com either for some reason.
