    Purchased add on and cant access it?

    I recently purchased Forza 3 and then at the weekend purchased the Hot Wheels add on. However, I now cannot go from the Hot Wheels demo page to actually play it. Can anyone explain how I can access to play?

    Hey, Armands! Sorry for the delay in response. Holidays make it crazy here.

    Since a community member hasn't got to you yet, let's try this out. Make sure you fill out your information on
    account.microsoft.com. You should see an option on the main screen to edit your name there.

    If that doesn't help you out, you should be able to
    contact us     via phone. That should give the phone number for the region your account is set to. If you need a region other than that, please let me know and I'll grab you that number! Cant add name andsurname :)

    Anybody had a problem trying to get a gamertag but it hasn't been associated with an account ?

    and to add to the above, if a tag looks to not be in use but still cant get it then it may be in use but on another service, also accounts that have been banned in the past will have the name locked out too.
