cant add my xbox live account to xbox one i am connected to internet but get error code 0x80a40019

any help would be great

when i try to re add my xbox live account. On my xbox one it says "another user on the device uses this account so you cant add it here" how do i get my account back please help! I have been playing on this xbox one with this account for years i don't get
it

 

My ban has been expired since june and I still cant send messages and I cant talk

Try removing the account from the console, do a hard reset, then re add the account.

Try to do some troubleshooting steps for your console like in this order. No worries the content on your account or console wont be deleted, these are just steps to refresh it and delete corrupted data on the console that may have prevent the process of
the given command

REMOVE CONSOLE'S copy of the account (only do this when you know your password and email on the account)

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select All Settings.

4. Under "Account," select Remove accounts.

5. Select the account that you want to remove.

6. Select Remove to confirm.

CLEAR PERSISTENT STORAGE:

Go to Home > settings > blu ray > persistent storage > clear persistent storage.

do this step THREE TIMES

CLEAR CONSOLE MAC ADDRESS:

Home > settings > network > advance settings > alternate MC address > clear > restart

Once the dashboard is up, please try to sign in and see if the same occurs. If it does or you are not able to sign in check your network statistics with

Settings > network > detailed network statistics

Look for latency, if it is within 80-100 ms, that is good. Yet if it is beyond, then the network is the one causing it. No matter how good the strength and speed of your network is but the latency is beyond 100 ms then something on your network is prohibiting
the exchange of data from the server to the console. Remember the network serve as your bridge to get the data.

I experience this before but the above steps worked for me. Hope it works for you as well
