    Can't add money to my sons account.


    My son want to buy minecoins for his minecraft account. Since he is listed a minor user on his account he needs my permission to make any purchases. When I get the authorization request and approve the purchase, I get the following error.

    nOPhbn38DE+CXS1Q.21.319.5

    Please contact Microsoft support.

    Well microsoft support is just a bunch of nonsense and when I try to click on the link for it it tells me I'm not authorized to view the page. I had to send this question through a different computer. When I try calling it's just an automated machine that doesn't help in the slightest.

    To test this I just tried to add money to my daughters account and received a similar message, then tried it using my fiancee's account and it worked fine, I then tried again on my account and it worked so I think it's just a technical bug. I would still
    consider contacting Microsoft support just as everyone has suggested so they know it is an issue for people and also so you can give your son his gift quicker

    Please contact support as soon as possible but also make sure this wasnt a technical issue that happens from time to time on purchases and money issues. Please check xbox live status first before you make any drastic measures

    Hi Francia

    I was able to add another $100 just then and then I immediately tried to add another $100 and I got this error. It looks like the errors I got previously. I can only assume it is a security delay so kids who have access to their parents CC don't add crazy amounts to their wallets. I'll keep trying to add the other $100 over the next few days.
