Can't add microsoft account to xbox

Hello, I woke up this morning and turned on my xbox but it got stuck on the green screen for quite some time so I had no other choice but to reset it. After that didn't work, I purchased a USB stick for an offline update and it says there was a problem with the update so I connected to my neighbors wifi for a minute and it said that I don't need an update. It then took me to a sign in screen to add my microsoft account and every time I type in my email and submit, it loads for a second and takes me back the the sign in where I have to enter my email again and again and it won't stop! I tried pressing “forgot your account?”, “Get new email” and “Use another device” but they all do the same thing. I'm getting really really frustrated with this problem and I can't find a solution anywhere on google. If you know a solution to this, please help me

Unfortunately there's no list or anything that will show what can and can't be paid for that way.

There's no way to add currency to an account directly from Microsoft. You would purchase an Xbox gift card digitally and add the code to add money to the account.

If the Microsoft account is a work or school account unfortunately is not possible to add or remove an alias attached to the account.

Also, you can't add aliases already linked to a Microsoft account

Unfortunately that’s not possible, is not possible to add an existing Microsoft email address associated with a Microsoft account

You cannot transfer an Xbox profile to another Microsoft account, it is permanently linked to the Microsoft account it was created for.

Additionally, you can't add an existing Outlook email to another Microsoft account. As stated on the Microsoft Support website: https://support.microsoft.com/office/459b1989-356d-40fa-a689-8f285b13f1f2

"Existing Hotmail, Live, Outlook.com, and MSN addresses can't be added as aliases, and you can't add an alias that is already associated with another Microsoft account."

In this case, your options are creating a new Outlook email for the Microsoft account linked to your Xbox profile, or adding an existing email from another service such as Gmail.
