    Can't add gift card to my account


    Hi

    Yesterday I try to add money through gift cards, two first one works flawlessly but after that I can't add anymore gift card.

    Since more than 24 hours I received each time I try to add money the same error :

    The maximum balance limit for this Microsoft account has been reached.

    PUR-CsvDepositLimitExceeded

    Can somebody help ?

    My friend just gave me a £50 Xbox gift card. I have a US Xbox Live account, and my current account balance is USD. Will I be able to add a gift card with foreign currency to my account?

    You would either need to add an Xbox gift card to his account or add your credit card to his account to make the purchase.

    Unfortunately this may be an issue where you'll need to reach out to MS Customer Service in order to get your gift card added. I would be willing to bet that it is something unique to that particular gift card, Customer Service should be able to help you

    Have you been able to solve that ?, send a message to support and they told me that I will never be able to buy on xbox that due to suspicious activity,
