    Can't add friends?


    Hey Xbox community. When I go to add someone online it tells me "Sorry, we can't save your changes right now. Try again in a while." This has been occurring the past 2-3 days and hoped it would go away after awhile. It has not. I have turned off my Xbox
    manually and reset my router. Still no luck. Any ideas/help?? If I don't see your response here please message me on Xbox? Gamertag is "" thanks.

    can't add

    Can't add our parent account back. It keeps saying that it's already there. I tried restarting it an all suggestions. Does anyone know what to do?

    Can't add paypal

    Try calling support and talking to billing. Since you have a balance owed they may be able to help sort out the issue.

    re-adding your profile to your console     to see if that helps at all?

    I believe that the max number of friends you can have on your list is 1,000.

    And what ratio do you have between "Friends" and "Followers"? If you add to much people and this ratio too big you cannot add more and will freeze your friends list.

    Did you tried to power cycle your console? You can find all info of how to do it here: https://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

    If doesnt work, you still can delete and re add the profile.
    Not sure why this would work since as i said, it's also affected on the xbox website and app but i tried it anyway. Safe to say, nothing's changed
