    Can't add friends

    Hello I run a dedicated server for ark survival evolved. And I have to add friends for them to join. It seems recently I can't add people. It's just says can't save changes try again in a while. Is there a friend's cap? Hope to hear back soon. People looking
    to be added to server list. Thanks for your time.

    Can't add friends

    For the past few days, I've been trying to add a friend through my Xbox, the Xbox App, and eveb Xbox.com, all which result in either; "Sorry we can't save your changes right now, try again later" or "Sorry we can't add that person right now try again later".
    Initially i thought it was only the one friend but I just tested it out and I am unable to add anyone new. I have well under 1,000 friends and neither of our accounts are child accounts or have restrictions set on them, there is also no kind of "communication
    ban" in place. Normally I'd go through the trouble of manually looking up their GT everytime i want to talk/play but he doesnt receive my invites nor I his. It seems this is only true for people not on my friends list however, as I'm able to receive both party
    and game invites from anyone on my friends list. I've tried everything including looking through the forums but there was no definite answer, the problem only seemed to be resolved when Xbox got involved. It is possible theres something I'm not seeing and
    I would like some help.

    I believe that the max number of friends you can have on your list is 1,000.

    And what ratio do you have between "Friends" and "Followers"? If you add to much people and this ratio too big you cannot add more and will freeze your friends list.

    Did you tried to power cycle your console? You can find all info of how to do it here: https://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

    If doesnt work, you still can delete and re add the profile.
    Not sure why this would work since as i said, it's also affected on the xbox website and app but i tried it anyway. Safe to say, nothing's changed
