    Can't add friends?


    I've been trying to add a new friend, but it's not working. I sent them a friend request, they received it and accepted, but my account still said "friend request pending". I canceled the request, they removed me from their list, and they sent me a friend
    request, but I never received it. I have checked my settings, and everything is public, and open to requests.

    Any ideas?

    can't add

    Can't add our parent account back. It keeps saying that it's already there. I tried restarting it an all suggestions. Does anyone know what to do?

    Try calling support and talking to billing. Since you have a balance owed they may be able to help sort out the issue.

    Can't add friends?

    I had an issue like this with my friend when i sent him a request while using my 360 and he was using his one. All I did to fix the issue was go on my one and do the requesting from there so we were both on the xbox one. Also how many friends do you have?
    Its possible either you or your friend hit the limit.

    Was your friend on the one while you were on a 360? If so have him go on the 360 and add you that way.

    Hey there Zexion Hellfire!

    If you send a friend request to someone on a Xbox One from a Xbox 360, they will receive and be able too accept it, it wont come up as accepted to you, they need to go to a Xbox 360 and accept it, or they could go to
    Xbox.com and accept it from there. Its the same with Xbox One, friend request dont get sent on Xbox One anymore so, if he sends you one from there he will be a follower, not a friend.

    I believe that the max number of friends you can have on your list is 1,000.

    And what ratio do you have between "Friends" and "Followers"? If you add to much people and this ratio too big you cannot add more and will freeze your friends list.

    Did you tried to power cycle your console? You can find all info of how to do it here: https://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

    If doesnt work, you still can delete and re add the profile.
    Not sure why this would work since as i said, it's also affected on the xbox website and app but i tried it anyway. Safe to say, nothing's changed
