Can't add friends since last update

Hi everyone,

I'm french and 3 days ago i've finally installed the last update on the xbox one.

Since then I cannot add friends. Everytime I try to it says at the top of the screen with a yellow exclamation mark "Sorry, impossible to save your modifications at the moment. Try again later."

I have only 23 friends and of course I tried several hard reboots but nothing seems to fix this. Can't add them neither on xbox app or xbox.com

Can somebody help please? Thank you!

Fix The System Fix The Friends list we can't add people Error Message!

Since last update can't add friends, they can add us we get error message due to crappy update bugs.

100s of us have Same issue! Does this sound like us gamers and Xbox fanatics don't know what we are doing, like this is an issue on our end? Many of us are much more tech savvy than engineers at Microsoft..I have been paying for Xbox Live for over 10years
now, Microsoft cut the crap none of this started happening until your last software update!! Patch it and give us a fix, nothing works the app the website nor the Xbox One, can't add new friends can't delete old friends and re add can't do anything and being
a competitive gamer and always having new guys to team up with and go against I can't add them to see if they are online or communicate with them. Yes we have all done the troubleshooting! We have reset our connections we have shut the Xbox off 100 times we
have change do privacy settings back and forth, the issue is on your side since last update for console has been happening for days, let's fix this now!! Fix or pay me back for 10years of live service

re-adding your profile to your console to see if that helps at all?
