Can't add friends, or cancel requests

Well this just made me cancel my friends request to you

You can submit a friend request and that request will show up on the friends list, you can report him this way, and then cancel the friend request.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

If this is happening with multiple platforms the issue can be with your Epic games account itself.

According to Epic games:

"If you can’t send or receive friend invites, it may be because:

1. You tried to send a friend request to an account that has reached its incoming friend request limit of 500.

2. You may have 500 or more pending outgoing friend requests.

3. You might have a pending friend request from the player that you're trying to add."

Here's an additional help:

"In order to cancel a pending outgoing friend request, you can go to your Friends list, click on the search field and type the name of the friend you'd like to remove. After finding them, click on the Cancel Request button."

I can't believe it that this workaround actually works...

Just have a friend open a random club, request an invite (no need to accept it) and follow it. Problem solved. If you cancel the request, your friendlist will be bugged again.

Thanks to Dale T19 for this "fix".

My friend deleted me and they wanted to add me back now. But when we send each other friend request it just says pending on our friends list and we don't received each other friend request. We can send each other messages and party/ game invites.... but
for some reason we can't add each other back..
