cant add friends on the sims freeplay

Hi i want to add friends for the game (sims free play) and i read thet its only possible through the the xbox live web page. The thing is that when i try to do so i always get the same error

It says that it cant add friends at this moment, that i should try later or check my privacy settings. I have cheack that and there is no solution.

Please help.

My player id is: Player376006385 ... perhaps if somebody will add me it would work. i dont know.

Windows Phone 8.1 games not showing in xbox live account

I cant add new neighbours to the sims freeplay because it is not appearing in my profile (xbox). In my account only appears the mahjong game but its not the only one I play. If the sims doesnt appear i cant add new neighbours.

To add friends, simply click on the user's account (you can click on mines) and click "Add friend" or "Send friend request." Once you receive friends (that play the Sims Freeplay) they will be automatically added to your neighbors. You might have to restart
your game in order for them to show up though.
