Can't add friends error code 0x87c400006. Need help from enforcement team

I am recieveing the message we cannot find that person (0x87c400006) and the enforcement team was supposed to contact me 4 days ago and I still have this issue.

Help Xbox one cannot add friends error code 0x87c400006

Anytime I've tried to add friends It says We could not find that person (0x87c400006). I've tried multiple attempts and contacted support and was told the enforcement team would contact me within 24 hours. Anyone know what to do?

i agree with everyone here the gamertag change fee applies this time as you have already changed your gamertag to a personalised one this maybe when your wife has created the account and might have changed the gamertag for free without noticing so the fee
of 10 USD OR 10EUROS 6.79GBP applies .
