Cant add friends 1/11/16

So I have seen this posted many places from years ago but just started having problems today. It wont let me add friends it says try again later or contact xbox support for more info. My internet works fine, I have 0 friends. I reset my router and hard
reset my xbox. It's really getting.frustrating to be.honest. All I want.to do is be able to add friends and play online with em.

Can't redeeming Gears of war 1 and 3

I've received the 4 codes to redeem gow 1,2,3 and judgement. The 2 and Judgement are ok but i cant redeem the 1 and 3.

You might just have a bug then or you have to many friends

 

you may want to try to set your gamming type to family or frienldy depending of the way you play you like to lead?. want someone to lead .I see you only have 4 friends now. in some games you need a teem mate and a teem mate needs team mate// be a puppy dog
and stick with them at all times!! stafey in numbers watch each others back in battle !!
