    Dear Microsoft

    I have a problem with my account on xbox one.

    I want to go play with my friends but first it says that there offline and there not and then they got removed as friend without doing anything, my friends sad that they didnt do anything so please respond to this message to help me or anybody else.

    Friend Request issues

    Misses Quinzel i did notice that i can still add them on xbox one and the smartglass for xbox one its just u cant add or receive the friend request on xbox 360

    re-adding your profile to your console     to see if that helps at all?
