    Im so close to returning this POS and getting a ps4. Why cant I add friends?

    Bug HELP!!!!

    Recently I haven't been able to see messages on my xbox, I can send just can't view them it just loads infinitely. I watched a video to try to fix it, and it said to remove your account from your xbox. So I did and then I added it back and instead of fixing
    it I can't see my friends or add friends now, didn't even fix the message bug.

    Please help as soon as possible!!!!!

    HELP

    I need help i tried fixing a messaging bug (can't see messages I get just infinitely loads) with a video I watched by removing my account from my xbox and then adding it back and now not only is the problem not fixed, I
    have a new problem!!

    Now I can't see my friends list and can't add friends I need to fix both problems please respond asap I need your help!!!!

    They had a problem with the latest update that messed up some consoles but appears fixed. You might need to reload your profile!
