Discus and support can't add extra accounts on Xbox one in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have clicked on the x on my remote, went to my profile pic, went down to add, and when i press it...     I have clicked on the x on my remote, went to my profile pic, went down to add, and when i press it... It says, " this xbox can have up to 32 accounts saved, remove an account to add a new one. I only have one account added so far! How can i fix this?

    Hello Tirsha,

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Try a
    power cycle     of the console then try and add the profile. If that don't work you could try a

    soft factory reset    . This will technically get rid of all profiles, or the glitch also by repairing the OS. You will want to select the one that says reset and keep my games and apps.
