Can't add anyone to family.

I want to add my son to my Xbox One family. But following all required steps I fail. My region is Sweden.. No error codes occur. It just keeps asking for me to login even since I'm logged in. What should I do?

Can not add or delete friends.

I for some reason haven't been able to add or delete anyone for 3 or so days. I'm trying to add this guy I met but can't. It says it can't complete the request. It isn't family settings because I'm the only one who uses my Xbox and I'm the owner of it so
nobody else can change the settings to family. Anyone know what the problem is?

 

Can't add family member

I Search and I still can't find an answer of how to add family members. I want to buy the Family Pack but I can't add my family members. There isn't a button that add family members on this Xbox website nor on the Xbox console in the family settings.

 

Well, maybe start with telling us what you have already done

No, sri... seriously. You need to have the account for your son registered already on the console. Also the console must be configured as home console for yourself. Log yourself in. Then you should be able to add him to the family.

If that's not working please check the connection to Xbox Live and also the status on the xbl network at:

Did thaty. Read that I had to create an email adress for my son. Did that and managed to add him yesterday. Email adress for my son... He is six years old!!!
