    Can't add an account to my Xbox


    So for the past few days I've been trying to add an account to my Xbox, however whenever I click " add new" it takes a while to load and then gives me the error code 0x80a40019. I've searched everywhere online to find a solution but nothing works. I've
    restarted my xbox, power cycled it, unplugged everything, disconnected the wifi cconnconne but still nothing works. This been going on for a couple days now. Please help me to get this to work. Thanks!

    We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help. If the steps listed on our

    Error 0x80A40019 occurs when trying to connect to Xbox Live on Xbox One page     have been attempted
    the issue could be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a >Soft
    Factory Reset    <
    (while keeping games and apps)
    IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

    • There is a stable network connection.
    • The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

    Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup
    lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!
