Cant add an account after removed xbox one S

Try if you remove your nephew´s account from the console as explaind here: https://support.xbox.com/my-account/manage-gamertag-and-profile/add-remove-account-xbox-one

and perform a PowerCycle after that:

- Press and Hold the white Xbox Button on your Console itself until it shuts off completely

- Unplug the power cables from Console and Powerbrick for around 2 minutes

- Replug and restart.

if your then able to access all features with your Account again.

If not check http://enforcement.xbox.com/ , (login in the upper right next to the searchar) with your account if there´s an enforcement action against that, aswell

If you don’t want to delete any associated data with the account/profile, be sure to select Delete profile only, then all your saved games and achievements won’t be affected.

Try to remove your account from the console then add it again, also check if that account is set as home after adding it
