    Can’t add add accounts to my Xbox one


    I have not been able to loginto my account for about 2 WEEKS! Whenever i tryed to log in it would come up with an error code, so i deleted the account to try and sign back in and fix it, but now it wont let me sign in. It comes up with a loading screen
    for a couple seconds then reverts back into the account picker, i have now FACTORY RESET THE XBOX and it is still NOT WORKING! I need help RIGHT NOW!

    Further to the previous replies, I think we'll need more information to assist any more. Can you access a different account to the one you are trying to add? Do you have an internet connection? Is there an error, and if so what is it?

    Hi thanks for reply, cant even sign in on my existing account so I cant add one either, I think maybe my xbox one has decided to give up, may have to get a new one?
