    Can't Add Accounts to my Xbox.


    When starting my Xbox One, I was greeted with error code 0x801901f4 when trying to log into my account. I saw a solution to this on the forms which told me to delete my account from my xbox and just sign back in again. I deleted my account and find myself
    unable to add accounts to my console. I click on the "add new" button and the xbox loads, showing a gray bar in which the text should appear but instead there's just a loading circle and after a few seconds it just closes automatically.

    I've already hard reset my xbox and even done a factory reset but nothing is working.

    Even my friend, who is able to login to his account and access xbox live is unable to add accounts.

    We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help. If the steps listed on our

    Error 0x80A40019 occurs when trying to connect to Xbox Live on Xbox One page     have been attempted
    the issue could be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a >Soft
    Factory Reset    <
    (while keeping games and apps)
    IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

    • There is a stable network connection.
    • The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

    Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup
    lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!
