    Hello I cant add an account. When i press the add button it loads then cancels there is no code.

    Further to the previous replies, I think we'll need more information to assist any more. Can you access a different account to the one you are trying to add? Do you have an internet connection? Is there an error, and if so what is it?

    Hi thanks for reply, cant even sign in on my existing account so I cant add one either, I think maybe my xbox one has decided to give up, may have to get a new one?
