    Can't add Account


    I have been having an issue where I can not sign into my xbox account. In order to troubleshoot it, I removed all of the accounts on my xbox, done multiple hard resets, and two factory resets. When I go to add a new account, a loading screen pops up and
    there's a loading circle, but then it backs out and prompts me to add a new account without displaying a prompt for me to enter my login information. Help would be very much appreciated.

    You'll have to choose to ask a question, and then type "person" to get a representative and request a callback, but it doesn't appear you can do this outside of business hours which are your typical 9-5

    Just a quick question. Is this a new Xbox console you're setting up or did you factory reset one you've had for a while? If you did do a factory reset on a console you've had for a while, how long have you had it, what model is it, and why did you need
    to do a reset? Sorry for the extra questions, but trying to troubleshoot any possible thing I can think of
