    So I deleted my one and only account on my xbox one.

    When I try to re-add my account and sign in, I am unable to get past the guest key

    Is there any way I can get my account back on my Xbox?

    If you are referring to the guest key, check this out:
    support.xbox.com/.../forgot-guest-key

    A forgotten guest key can be reset by any adult as long as that person knows the password that they use to sign in to their Microsoft account on the console. The adult must be signed in on the console to reset the guest key.

    Guest pass key fault!

    Hi!

    I'm having an issue with resetting my guest pass key, I have forgotten the guest key pass key and am unable to reset it. I sign in and navigate to settings, system, sign in, guest pass key reset after entering an incorrect pass key the system freezes. I
    have read on this forum that the system should revert to requesting for owner sign in pass key but this is not happening with my xbox one! I have restarted the system several times but issue is still occurring.

    Has any one knowledge how to resolve this...

    If there was an email attached to the tag you could try contacting phone support. So long as you can answer some account specific questions they'll be able to give you the email for the account.

    However, if there was no email for the account then you'll need to create a new one.

    No. I have my email and password for my account. That's not the problem.

    The problem is that the account was deleted, and I don't know the guest pass key that i have to enter before i can add an account.

    Can you contact microsoft support to see if they can email you the guest pass key for your account? Not XBOX support. Microsoft Support. to your email.
