    Hello. Same problem as loads of people... Cant add account on xbox One s. Purchased two of these today, one set up perfectly, the other went accept account log in. During set up, goes from Update, then Account, (which says Sign in from Home), which when
    clicked, goes to Add New, spins for a second or two, then back to Add New. I have tried about 6 resets, restarts, and all come back to this same issue. What to do now..?

    i have 14 days free membership due to my new x box one s. The free games for xbox one i could add for free without problems. Only this game i cant add to my account.

    Thanks for the reply. We recommend first log into the
    account website     on a PC with the account you are trying to add. Also, when the update went through was there any issues? Also is the account able to be added to the console that worked? It could be that you have a bad console, and there are issues with
    the hard drive. If continue highly recommend taking back and exchanging it.

    Make sure the first Xbox is unplugged, you cannot have one account active on two consoles at the same time. This could be the issue. Also go to
