Can’t add account back

So the only way to solve the previous issue i had was to remove my account from the xbox, since then however everytime i try to add my account back its just a gray screen that loads then dissapears, and yes i have rebooted, cleared the cache, reset it,
power cycle, literally everything

either restart your router or try and use a wired connection, ive heard that can get you past this section then its plain sailing after that.

Make sure you can sign in with this exact same account at xbox.com or account.microsoft.com, sometimes people are using another account by accident. Also have you tried adding another account to the console?

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this problem. I can totally understand how this could be pretty puzzling of a position to be in. I suggest trying a

soft factory reset (the kind that keeps your games & apps) if and when possible.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

tried wired and router reset many times tezza and many people on the forum with exact same problem in last few days the infuriating thing is everything seems fine just not allowing you to add any details or nothing
