cant add a new profile

Discus and support cant add a new profile in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; so im trying to add a new profile to my new xbox one and it tells me to go online and try again so i click the check my connection option and re enter...     so im trying to add a new profile to my new xbox one and it tells me to go online and try again so i click the check my connection option and re enter all my internet info and it tells me im connected and good to go so i try again and it tells me the same
    thing what do i do

    Windows Phone 8.1 games not showing in xbox live account

    I cant add new neighbours to the sims freeplay because it is not appearing in my profile (xbox). In my account only appears the mahjong game but its not the only one I play. If the sims doesnt appear i cant add new neighbours.

    Cant add a new email

    Hey iiiMadness! It may take some time for the system to recognize that the email address is not associated with an account anymore. If you continue to have issue however, you will want to contact support

    Good afternoon. Try unpluged the console and internet for two minutes and plug. Its resolve many of the situations.

    Thank you for posting on the forums today, I'd be happy to help.

    Have you done any of the basic troubleshooting for the Xbox? If you haven't already done so, Go ahead and do a

    hard reset and power cycle    . Hold down the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down and then remove the power cable from the Xbox and the power outlet for about 2-3 minutes. Then re-connect and
    turn on the Xbox.

    Try that first and let us know if you still can't add a new profile.
