    Can’t add a new account


    Hello,

    basically i tried to sign into my accout but still doesnt want to sign me in , so i reset my xbox completely then tried to add a new account , so for now i click on add new then it loads thrn it takes me back to the add new prompt, please help me out.

    Can’t sign in/add new account

    Try to make a hard reset by holding down the power button until the system shuts down.

    Then unplug the power cable from the outlet for 30 seconds and plug it back in and power on the console that might help.

    Further to the previous replies, I think we'll need more information to assist any more. Can you access a different account to the one you are trying to add? Do you have an internet connection? Is there an error, and if so what is it?
