Cant add a card

i have the same problem cant add my debit card! i removed it then tried to re-add it and now it says it cant authorize it!

Trying to purchase item from Microsoft store. I am unable to change a grayed out country region (from Aruba) when entering a credit card. I have always lived in the USA, I have tried several credit cards, always grayed out.

Your advice was priceless, when I looked at my Microsoft profile, it had Aruba as the country. I changed it to US and it worked.

Does an error message appear when you try to add it?

Have you tried to first put your billing data in your Microsoft account and then add your credit card?

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this. However, kindly ensure that your account's region at account.microsoft.com/profile is set correctly. If it is, try checking your PC Settings by going to Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region > Country or region

Also if you're on the website ensure that you're looking at US store local by going to the bottom and ensure United States is selected.

Please also ensure that you aren't using VPN as the Store will still identify your local region as it depends on your local internet service provider.
